Parents or carers are invoiced at the beginning of each half term in advance.
Three and Four Year olds are entitled to up to 15 hours of free early learning per week (Free Early Education Entitlement or FEEE). This is funded by Leicestershire County Council and is not dependant on where you live.

In our setting you can take a maximum of 6 hours and a minimum of 2.5 hours per day. You can spread your hours between two settings.
Your child must be in attendance for all of the funded hours claimed unless there is a valid reason such as illness. You will need to provide us with a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate and sign a Parental Statement of Understanding (PSOU) detailing your child’s hours every term.
Working Parents can start applying for two new government schemes; Tax-free Childcare and 30 hours free childcare. You can apply through the digital childcare service for Tax-Free Childcare and receive a government top-up of £2 for every £8 that you pay into your Tax-Free Childcare account.
30 hours free for 3-4 year olds are also available for working parents and can be applied for through the childcare service: https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
Additional hours can be taken at a rate of £6.25 per hour. This is to be paid by the parent or carer either by cash, cheque or Bacs within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. We do accept childcare vouchers which may be provided by employers.
Two Year olds may be entitled to 15 hours free funding if they meet certain criteria. This is predominantly available to families on a low income. If you would like to find out if you qualify please call 0116 3056208 if you live in Leicestershire or 01572 772590 if you live in Rutland.
If you do not qualify all hours are charged at £6.25 per hour and will be invoiced every half term in advance as with the three and four year olds. We accept payment via cash, cheques, childcare vouchers or by Bacs. Payment should be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
